The "SIL-220A" is a flashlight-type surface inspection light suitable for visual inspection of fine scratches and dust on silicon wafers, glass, ceramics, metals, films, and synthetic resins, using high-brightness green LEDs. It can accurately detect fine scratches and dust anomalies with light in the yellow-green range of 520 to 535 nm, which is sensitive to human vision.
